## Cancelling a monthly plan

Monthly plans renew automatically until canceled. Cancel future renewals using your private billing link, or contact us for help before your renewal date. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not by itself reverse an earlier charge.

## Moving your website

Contact us to arrange a site handover before ending Website Care. Hosting is not included after care ends, so plan the move first. Your content and domain are yours.

## Refunds and billing questions

Contact us about billing errors, undelivered services or refund requests. Nothing in our terms removes rights required by law.

Our terms do not list a cancellation fee. Canceling stops future renewals.

### Is the domain included?

Yes. Your domain comes with every website build, registered and connected for you. If you already own one, it stays in your account.

### Do you set up business email?

Yes, if you don't already have one, we set up a business email address on your domain. If you already use one, we keep it.

### What does Website Care cost?

$30/month: hosting, HTTPS, backups, uptime checks, weekly performance checks, A/B testing and up to 30 minutes of edits. It is required for the websites we build.
