Brake job, broken down

Every piece of the job, from one counter.

Pads, rotors, calipers, hardware, fluid and the cleaner to finish it. Build the whole job in one order instead of chasing three suppliers.

Fourteen departments.
One parts counter.

Every aisle in the building is searchable from the parts counter, so the part you need is one lookup away from your bay.

The parts counter.

Put a customer's car in a bay, shop parts that fit, build whole job kits in one tap, scan or paste a list, and send it on the next run. Sample catalog: generic parts, fictional part numbers.

Loading the counter…

Today on the routes.

Every order rides out on a scheduled run. Watch the vans work through their stops. Sample map, fictional shops.

Built for the bay, not the showroom.

Everything a shop counter needs to keep cars moving through the lifts.

Scheduled routes

Morning, midday and afternoon runs. Pick the window that fits your schedule at checkout.

Fits-my-vehicle lookup

Put the year, make and model on the lift and the catalog narrows to parts that fit.

Quick order pad

Paste a whole list of part numbers and quantities and it fills the order in one pass.

Shop lists

Save the weekly oil and filter restock or a full brake job and reorder it in one tap.

Cores and returns

Batteries, calipers and alternators with cores go back on the next run. No extra trip.

Account terms

Contract pricing, PO numbers on every order and a packing slip that matches your invoice.

Counter questions.

Who can order from Braxton?

Repair shops, fleets and dealers with a shop account. The order desk is open to account holders; anyone can browse the catalog.

How does delivery work?

Orders ride out on scheduled morning, midday and afternoon runs. Choose your window at checkout and track the van on the routes map.

Why don’t I see prices?

Pricing is set per account. Once you’re signed in, your contract pricing shows on every line and on the packing slip.

Can I order by the each instead of the case?

Most parts ship in case packs for route efficiency. Your rep can enable each-quantity ordering for specific parts on your account.

How do core returns work?

Mark the core on your next order and hand it to the driver. The core credit posts to your account.

Can I put a PO number on every order?

Yes. Every order takes a PO number, and it prints on the packing slip and the invoice.

Keep the lifts moving.

One order desk for the whole shop, delivered on routes you can set your watch by.
