About the lab

Serious about silly.

Sprinkle Lab is an ice cream shop run like a very fun experiment. Every flavor starts as a "what if" on the whiteboard, gets tested on whoever is working that day, and only makes the case if it gets a unanimous yes.

The base is made in-house every morning, the waffle cones are pressed every afternoon, and there are always dairy-free flavors that taste just as good as the rest. Toppings? We stopped counting.

Parties & cakes

Bring the whole crew.

Birthday parties in the lab come with a make-your-own-sundae bar, lab coats for the kids and a lot of sprinkles to sweep up afterwards (we'll do that part). Ice cream cakes are built to order in any two flavors, with a few days' notice.

Can I try before I buy?

Of course. Taste spoons are free and unlimited (within reason).

What's dairy-free today?

At least four flavors every day, made on an oat or coconut base. Ask which toppings are vegan too.

How far ahead should I order a cake?

A few days' notice is ideal. Pick any two flavors and we'll decorate it with as many sprinkles as you dare.

Can I book a party?

Yes. Ask at the counter and we'll find a time that works for your crew.
