Your free 5-page website
One sentence on who you serve and what you do, then three buttons: Get help, Volunteer, Give.
Each program in plain language, who it is for, where and when it happens, and how to take part.
Clear eligibility, hours, what to bring, and a form that asks only what you need to respond.
Volunteer roles with time commitments, a wish list, and a Give button to your existing donation tool.
Mission, statement of faith if you wish to share one, leadership, service area and a contact form.
What a ministry website has to do in the first 10 seconds
A ministry has three audiences at once: neighbors who need help, volunteers who want to help, and supporters who want to know their gift matters. A visitor on a phone will not read a mission essay before choosing a path.
So the homepage needs a short statement of the work and a button for each audience. Someone looking for a meal, a counselor or a ride should never have to scroll past a fundraising appeal to find the help.
What is free and what Website Care covers
The free build includes up to 5 pages, a design made for your ministry, wording drafted for you after a consultation, a mobile-friendly layout and 10 revision rounds. The same build normally costs $399 one time as our Launch Website.
Website Care is required at $30 per month. It covers hosting, HTTPS, backups, weekly checks, A/B testing and small edits like new program dates. It is the only cost, and recurring plans can be canceled anytime. A bigger site than 5 pages gets a quote before we start.
How people find your ministry on Google and in AI assistants
People search by need and place: free counseling near me, christian food pantry in [city], how to volunteer with a ministry near me. Your site is written to answer those questions in the headings and first lines of each page.
- Page titles and descriptions with your town and service type.
- Structured data that tells search tools your name, area served and hours.
- An XML sitemap and quick mobile pages.
- Consistent address or service area everywhere it appears.
We cannot promise rankings. We make sure nothing about the site stands in the way. Learn more on our SEO services page, including the optional add-on from $50 per month.

Ministry-specific must-haves and pitfalls
- Separate the help from the ask. A person in crisis should reach the help page in one tap.
- Privacy on forms. Collect only what you need. Do not publish names or photos of people you serve without clear consent.
- Say what you offer to everyone. If help is open to the whole community, say so plainly. If a program has a faith component, describe it honestly.
- Keep one voice. Many ministries run on volunteers who each write a page. We draft the wording so the site reads as one.
If you are a single congregation, see churches. Ministries that run a pantry may also like food banks and food pantries. For a closer look at our faith-based work, visit websites for ministries.
