A fulfillment company’s site is ready to launch once you can list your services, name the platforms you connect with and outline how onboarding works. Sellers compare carefully, so structure helps.
How the launch unfolds
Day 1-2: You send your services, platforms, onboarding steps and facility details, and we outline the home, services, platforms, onboarding and quote pages.
Week 1: We write and lay out the pages and build the quote form with the fields you need.
Week 2: You review on a phone, we refine wording and test a sample quote request.
Launch: We publish, check mobile views and give you a short guide for updating notes ahead of peak preparation.
What to gather before you start
- ✓Your services — receiving, storage, pick and pack, kitting and returns, described in seller terms
- ✓The platforms and channels you support — storefronts, marketplaces and carriers, so sellers can see a fit
- ✓Your onboarding steps — from quote to first shipment, with what the seller needs to provide
- ✓Facility details — locations, capabilities and coverage in plain language
- ✓Photos of your facility and team — real warehouse images show scale and care better than stock shelves
The first month after launch
In the first month, check that quote requests reach you and respond promptly. Update the site with any new platforms or services, and add facility photos. As fall approaches and peak preparation begins, make sure capacity and onboarding notes are accurate.
Mistakes to avoid at launch
- ✓Skipping onboarding information — sellers fear a painful switch and avoid asking
- ✓Not listing supported channels — visitors cannot tell whether you fit their setup
- ✓Leaving out a quote form — interested sellers have no obvious next step
