Launching an appraiser site is about telling lenders and owners what you appraise, where you work and how to place an order. The pages write themselves once those answers exist.
How the launch unfolds
Day 1-2: You send property types, area, intake needs and credentials, and we confirm the five pages.
Week 1: We write the home page with an order button, then the property types, process and about pages, and share a preview.
Week 2: You review wording, confirm the order form fields and approve the credentials block.
Launch: We test the form on a phone and publish; a 48-hour launch is possible for eligible projects with content ready.
What to gather before you start
- ✓Property types you appraise — Residential, land, multi-family or commercial, named the way your clients search for them
- ✓Service area — Counties or regions you cover, so out-of-range requests do not clog your inbox
- ✓Order intake list — The details you need for a quote, such as address, property type and purpose, so the form saves back-and-forth
- ✓Credentials as you hold them — Titles and license details you want displayed, with your preferred wording
- ✓Process outline — The sequence from order to report delivery, in simple steps without firm promises
The first month after launch
In the first month, read the order requests and note which details you still ask for by email, then add them to the form. Keep your coverage area accurate as you expand, and update timing language during busy refinance periods. Add a short explainer page if the same question arrives repeatedly.
Mistakes to avoid at launch
- ✓Not listing property types — lenders and owners cannot tell if you handle their case
- ✓Skipping an intake list — quotes take extra emails and slow down the order
- ✓Leaving out the service area — requests arrive from places you cannot cover
