An arcade’s site is ready to launch once the game list, weekly hours and party packages are written down and you have a handful of photos of the floor lit up at night. Visitors arrive with two questions, whether the place looks fun and whether they can hold a birthday there, so the site answers both within a scroll. Everything else is detail.
How the launch unfolds
Day 1-2: You send games, packages, hours and photos, and we plan a home page with the floor photo up top and a "plan a party" button beside it.
Week 1: We write the games and parties pages, and you correct machine names, package contents and any age rules.
Week 2: We build the hours page and a party request form asking for date, time window, headcount and package, then send a test from a phone.
Launch: We publish after your last check; a 48-hour launch is possible for eligible projects with content ready.
What to gather before you start
- ✓Game list — pinball tables, classic cabinets, rhythm and racing games and the redemption machines regulars come for, grouped so nostalgic adults and kids each spot their favorites
- ✓Party packages — group sizes, room or table time, food and play credits, plus what parents must bring or book ahead
- ✓Hours and closures — weekday and weekend hours, late nights and the afternoons the floor closes for private events
- ✓How play is paid — tokens, game cards, free-play wristbands or hourly passes, explained in a sentence or two
- ✓Recurring nights — pinball league, high-score tournaments, retro nights or adults-only evenings
The first month after launch
In the first month, add photos each time a new machine hits the floor and retire anything you have sold. Before summer break and the winter holidays, post extended hours and push party bookings on the home page. Post tournament and league nights as soon as dates are set, and ask regulars to leave a review on the platform they already use.
Mistakes to avoid at launch
- ✓Skipping a parties page — parents planning a birthday cannot find how to book and pick a trampoline park instead
- ✓Leaving private-event closures unannounced — families drive over on a Saturday to a locked door
- ✓Using daytime photos with the lights up — the room looks like a storage space instead of a glowing arcade
