A boutique hotel site launches best when the photos are chosen with care, because guests judge the property by the first image. Gather your best pictures and your booking link before anything else.
How the launch unfolds
Day 1-2: You share photos, the booking link and your story, and we shape the home page around one strong image.
Week 1: We build the rooms, experience and events pages and place the book button where guests expect it.
Week 2: You test the booking path on your phone, review the details and approve the wording.
Launch: The site goes live, and a 48-hour launch is possible for eligible projects with content ready.
What to gather before you start
- ✓Room and property photos — Guests imagine themselves in the space, so bright, honest images of each room type and common area do the selling.
- ✓Booking link — The book button should send guests to the live reservation tool without any confusion.
- ✓A short story — Two or three paragraphs about the building, the town and what makes a stay different set you apart from chain hotels.
- ✓Events options — Capacity, types of gatherings and what is included, if you host weddings or small meetings.
- ✓Location notes — Parking, walking distance to town and arrival details answer questions before guests ask.
The first month after launch
Over the first month, add fresh seasonal photos and update any package or event notes. Ask recent guests to share their stay on review sites in their own words, and check that your booking link and listed rates are current. Keep a small note on the home page about the season so the site feels lived-in.
Mistakes to avoid at launch
- ✓Dark or cropped room photos — guests cannot judge the space and book elsewhere
- ✓Hiding the booking button below the fold — visitors scroll past and lose the thread
- ✓Skipping an events page — groups looking for a venue assume you do not host
