Launching a braiding salon site is mostly about writing down what you already tell clients on the phone: styles, how long, what to bring and what happens if they run late. Good photos finish the job.
How the launch unfolds
Day 1-2: You send styles, timing, policies, booking tool and photos, and we confirm the page plan.
Week 1: We build the home page with featured styles, then the styles, booking, gallery and prep pages, and share a preview.
Week 2: You check durations and policies, swap photos and confirm the booking path.
Launch: We test booking on a phone and publish; a 48-hour launch is possible for eligible projects with content ready.
What to gather before you start
- ✓Styles with time estimates — Each style you offer and how long it usually takes, so clients can plan
- ✓Deposit and lateness policies — What you require, what happens on reschedules and any grace periods, in plain words
- ✓Booking tool — The scheduler you use or want to use, with any rules on new clients
- ✓Finished work photos — Clear shots of neat parts, edges and finishes sorted by style
- ✓Prep instructions — What clients should do before they arrive, such as hair prep and what to bring
The first month after launch
In the first month, add photos after each appointment where the client agrees, and sort them by style. Review how often clients ask about timing or policies and make those answers more visible. Update your availability before back-to-school, vacation and holiday rushes.
Mistakes to avoid at launch
- ✓Giving no time estimates — clients cannot plan and arrive stressed or late
- ✓Not stating policies — disputes over deposits and lateness spoil good appointments
- ✓Using one mixed gallery — clients cannot find the style they want
