Launching a brewery site means making the taproom feel alive: what is pouring, what is happening this weekend and how to book a group. Fresh details matter more than volume.
How the launch unfolds
Day 1-2: You send the tap list, events, hours and private event details, and we confirm the page plan.
Week 1: We build the home page with the tap list, then the beers, events, private events and about pages, and share a preview.
Week 2: You check beer details and dates, swap photos and approve the inquiry form.
Launch: We test it on a phone and publish; a 48-hour launch is possible for eligible projects with content ready.
What to gather before you start
- ✓Current tap list — Each beer with style, strength and a short tasting note, updated for the opening week
- ✓Events calendar — The next month of trivia, music or food trucks with dates and times
- ✓Taproom hours — Regular hours and any seasonal changes, written clearly
- ✓Private event details — Capacity, options and how to inquire for group bookings
- ✓Photos of the space and beer — Bright images of the room, tanks and pours that make the place recognizable
The first month after launch
In the first month, update the tap list whenever a keg changes and keep the events page a few weeks ahead. Add photos from busy nights where people are comfortable. Check private event inquiries and refine the page based on what groups ask, and update hours as the season shifts toward patio weather or holidays.
Mistakes to avoid at launch
- ✓Never updating the tap list — regulars stop trusting it and ask by message
- ✓Posting events only on social media — the site cannot answer searches for what is happening
- ✓Having no private events page — group business goes to other venues
One example of what your site could look like
