A commercial cleaning site launches smoothly when you can describe, in a few lines, how a facility manager goes from first call to a signed cleaning schedule. We build the pages around that path.
How the launch unfolds
Day 1-2: You send your services, facility types, schedules and area, and we outline the home, services, facility types, process and walkthrough pages.
Week 1: We write and lay out the pages, build the walkthrough request form and make sure it reaches your inbox.
Week 2: You review on a phone, we revise copy and photos, and we test a mock walkthrough request.
Launch: We publish, check mobile views and forms and give you a short list for refreshing the site as contracts change.
What to gather before you start
- ✓Your service list by frequency — daily, nightly, weekly and periodic work are different products and should be separate
- ✓The building types you serve — offices, clinics, schools and warehouses each get a line so managers see a fit
- ✓Your walkthrough and quoting steps — a short outline of what you check and how quotes are delivered
- ✓Service area — the cities or counties you cover, so out-of-range inquiries are filtered early
- ✓Photos of crews and finished spaces — real team and site photos beat generic mops and buckets
The first month after launch
In the first month, gather real photos of your crews and finished spaces and add them to the site. Refresh the walkthrough details if your routes change, and use the January contract-reset period to make sure the services page matches what you actually want to sell.
Mistakes to avoid at launch
- ✓Skipping the walkthrough explanation — managers cannot tell how you quote, so they assume it will be slow or vague
- ✓Listing services without frequencies — a buyer who wants nightly cleaning cannot tell whether you offer it
- ✓Using only stock photos of cleaning supplies — it looks like a directory listing, not a company they can trust inside their building
One example of what your site could look like
This is one sample we designed. Yours is built around your business, your photos and your words, and we have more examples if you want to compare directions.
