A countertop site is ready to launch when buyers can see finished kitchens, compare surfaces by name and understand what happens between the template visit and install day. Homeowners are about to spend real money on a surface they cannot easily replace, so they look for proof of craft.
How the launch unfolds
Day 1-2: you send finished-job photos, your materials list and process steps, and we plan a home page around a quote button and one standout kitchen
Week 1: we write the materials and process pages, group photos by surface and style, and you confirm edge names and capabilities
Week 2: the quote form accepts room photos and a rough layout description, and you test it by sending your own request from a phone
Launch week: we connect your domain, you walk the site as a homeowner would, and we publish ahead of the spring and fall remodel rush
What to gather before you start
- ✓Finished installations from several angles — a full kitchen, a seam close-up, an edge profile and an island overhang, with homeowner permission
- ✓Material and edge lists — granite, quartz, quartzite, solid surface or butcher block, with the edge profiles you can cut
- ✓Sink, cooktop and backsplash notes — undermount cutouts, farmhouse fits and how splash pieces are handled
- ✓The process in order — measuring, templating, fabrication, delivery, install day and what the homeowner needs to clear
- ✓Care and lead-time notes — sealing guidance in general terms and honest, general timing from template to install
The first month after launch
In the first month, add photos from each new install, including seams and cutouts, and keep the materials page current as slab availability changes. Look at the quote requests to see which materials and kitchen sizes come up often. Prepare remodel-season notes before spring and fall.
Mistakes to avoid at launch
- ✓Photographing finished tops with clutter on them — buyers cannot judge the surface, the seam or the edge
- ✓Listing materials without explaining differences — homeowners cannot choose and fall back on price alone
- ✓Leaving the seam question unanswered — a nervous buyer assumes the worst and asks a competitor who addressed it
