Launching a courier site is about telling customers where you go, how fast and how to ask. A clear request path matters more than anything decorative.
How the launch unfolds
Day 1-2: You send service types, coverage, hours and account process, and we confirm the page plan.
Week 1: We build the home page with a request button, then the services, coverage and business accounts pages, and share a preview.
Week 2: You check areas and cutoffs, and approve the request form questions.
Launch: We test the form on a phone and publish; a 48-hour launch is possible for eligible projects with content ready.
What to gather before you start
- ✓Service types — Same-day, scheduled and rush options described in plain words
- ✓Coverage area — Cities, zones or distances you serve, as accurately as possible
- ✓Hours and cutoffs — When you take requests and any deadlines for same-day work
- ✓Business account process — How recurring clients get started and what you need from them
- ✓Request details — What you need to dispatch a job, such as addresses, package size and timing
The first month after launch
In the first month, check how requests arrive and which details you still have to ask by phone, then add them to the form. Update coverage as you expand and share cutoffs before holiday and month-end rushes. Note which business clients ask about regular runs and refine that page.
Mistakes to avoid at launch
- ✓Skipping the coverage list — callers outside your area waste your dispatch time
- ✓Leaving service types unclear — customers cannot tell if you handle their kind of job
- ✓Offering no account path — recurring business goes to another provider
One example of what your site could look like
This is one sample we designed. Yours is built around your business, your photos and your words, and we have more examples if you want to compare directions.
