A CPR class site launches fast when the next few dates and your course names are ready. People arrive with one question, which class they should take and when, so the first screen needs to answer it.
How the launch unfolds
Day 1-2: You send course names, dates and locations, and we lay out the home page with the next class up front.
Week 1: We build the courses, schedule and group pages and set up the registration form.
Week 2: You test registration, check each date and wording, and we refine anything that confuses.
Launch: The site goes live, and a 48-hour launch is possible for eligible projects with content ready.
What to gather before you start
- ✓Course list — Names and short descriptions for each class, so visitors can match the course to their need.
- ✓Upcoming dates — Even three or four confirmed sessions give visitors something to act on.
- ✓Location details — Address, parking notes and what to bring, written clearly for first-time students.
- ✓Certifying organization wording — The exact phrasing you are allowed to use, so the page stays accurate.
- ✓Group booking details — Minimum size, travel area and how employers or schools should ask.
The first month after launch
In the first month, keep the schedule current, removing old dates and adding new ones as classes are confirmed. Ask students who enjoyed the class to leave an honest review through the usual channels. Add a photo from a real session and check that registration messages reach you quickly.
Mistakes to avoid at launch
- ✓Vague certification wording — students sign up expecting a card or course that does not match their need
- ✓Listing dates that have already passed — the site looks abandoned and people go elsewhere
- ✓Leaving out group options — employers and schools do not realize you can teach onsite
