You create content for a living, so writing about yourself can feel strangely hard. You do not have to draft a perfect bio. Give us the raw facts in the order below and we write the pages; you tune the voice and approve every line.
Your story and your focus
Start with three short answers: what you make, who it is for and why you make it. Then add the one-sentence version you would say to a stranger at an event. Tell us the tone you want, whether playful, direct or calm.
Add the platforms you are active on and the one you want people to join first. A site works better when it points people one way before it lists everything.
Your media kit facts
- ✓Audience figures — only those you supply from your own dashboards, with the date
- ✓Content formats — videos, streams, podcasts, posts, live events, newsletters
- ✓Selected work — three to six pieces or collaborations with a line about each
- ✓Past partners — only the ones you may name, in your own words
- ✓Collaboration types — sponsored content, appearances, affiliate, product reviews, bookings
Photos, links and contact path
Send a handful of clear photos: a portrait, a few action shots, maybe a logo mark. If you have a channel banner or an avatar, include it. Tell us which images you do not own, and we will avoid them.
Gather the current links for every platform and anything you want to feature, such as a shop, a newsletter signup or a booking calendar. Decide where inquiries should go: a form into your inbox, a manager’s inbox, or both.
Rates, boundaries and approvals
Decide whether you show rates, "starting at" figures or ask people to inquire. Write a few lines about what you will not do, such as categories you decline. We draft all pages from your notes and send them back; up to 10 revision rounds are included. We do not add numbers, names or achievements you have not given us.
Decisions only you can make
- ✓Primary goal — sponsors, bookings, a mailing list or sales
- ✓Which links to feature — three at most above the fold
- ✓Response expectations — how soon you reply to inquiries
- ✓What stays off the site — private details, locations, anything you prefer to keep back
What to expect, honestly
- ✓Numbers come only from you — we label them with the date
- ✓Brand names need your permission — we publish what you confirm
- ✓We do not build fan accounts — links to existing tools instead
One example of what your site could look like
This is one sample we designed. Yours is built around your business, your photos and your words, and we have more examples if you want to compare directions.
How it works
1. Consultation
We learn your services, customers and goals, in English or Spanish.
2. We write and design
We draft the words and build the site around your business.
3. 10 revision rounds
You review and request changes until it is right.
4. Launch and care
We launch, then Website Care keeps it hosted, backed up, checked weekly and A/B tested.
