A cycling studio site launches best when your booking tool is ready and the class names are final. New riders want to see what a class looks like and how to reserve a bike.
How the launch unfolds
Day 1-2: You send the schedule, packs and booking link, and we build the home page around a book button.
Week 1: We create the schedule, packs and instructors pages and check every link.
Week 2: You test booking on a phone and approve the wording.
Launch: The site goes live, and a 48-hour launch is possible for eligible projects with content ready.
What to gather before you start
- ✓Class schedule — Days, times and class names, matched to your booking platform.
- ✓Packs and memberships — Names and what each includes, written simply.
- ✓Instructor bios — A photo and a line or two for each coach.
- ✓Booking link — The live address for the booking system, tested before launch.
- ✓First-ride notes — What to bring and when to arrive for newcomers.
The first month after launch
In the first month, update the schedule after any change and add photos from real classes with rider permission. Before January and the weeks before summer, feature packs on the home page. Check that links to the booking system still work.
Mistakes to avoid at launch
- ✓Forgetting the booking link — interested riders cannot reserve and leave
- ✓Making packs confusing — newcomers do not know what to buy
- ✓Leaving out instructor information — riders have no reason to pick your studio over another
One example of what your site could look like
This is one sample we designed. Yours is built around your business, your photos and your words, and we have more examples if you want to compare directions.
