A boarding stable site is ready to launch when an owner can see the barn, understand what each board option includes and know exactly how to book a tour. Good photos take the longest, so start there.
How the launch unfolds
Day 1-2: You share photos, board options and rules, and we build out the home, boarding, facilities and contact pages.
Week 1: A first version arrives, and you check every inclusion against how the barn actually runs day to day.
Week 2: We organize the photos, refine the tour request form and add lessons or events if you offer them.
Launch: After approval the site goes live, and a 48-hour launch is possible for eligible projects with content ready.
What to gather before you start
- ✓Photos of the stalls, turnout and arenas — Owners judge footing, fencing and cleanliness from images, so use real shots in good light.
- ✓Board options with inclusions — State what feed, turnout, blanketing and stall care each option covers to avoid awkward surprises later.
- ✓Barn rules and policies — Cover visitors, vet and farrier access, trailer parking and quiet hours briefly and clearly.
- ✓Lesson and training details — If you offer them, name instructors, rider levels and how scheduling works.
- ✓Tour process and waiting-list information — Say how often you have openings and how a prospective boarder gets started.
The first month after launch
In the first month, add seasonal photos of the property and update any change in openings. Ask current boarders whether they would share a short note about the barn through the channel they prefer. Before spring and fall show seasons, refresh your events, clinics and availability so owners planning moves see current information.
Mistakes to avoid at launch
- ✓Using stock photos of other barns — Owners can tell, and the mismatch makes the real facility feel less trustworthy.
- ✓Describing board options in vague terms — Prospects send the same clarifying questions or choose a barn that spells it out.
- ✓Leaving out waiting-list details — Interested owners do not know whether to wait, and leave for a place with an opening.
