An independent stylist’s site launches quickly when you have a clean service menu and a set of your best photos sorted by what you want to be booked for. The rest is a booking link and a clear policy note.
How the launch unfolds
Day 1-2: You send your menu, photos, booking link and policies, and we outline the home, services, booking, gallery and FAQ pages.
Week 1: We write and design the pages, organize the gallery by category and connect your booking tool.
Week 2: You review on your phone, we adjust photos and wording, and we test a sample booking.
Launch: We publish, check mobile views and give you a short note on updating availability before busy seasons.
What to gather before you start
- ✓Your service menu with times — color, cuts, extensions and treatments, with how long each takes
- ✓Your best photos grouped by service — blondes, curls, bridal and cuts shown in categories the client can browse
- ✓Your booking tool details — the account or link clients will use to reserve
- ✓Deposit, cancellation and late policies — written the way you would say them to a client
- ✓A short personal bio and portrait — clients book a person, so a face and a few lines make the site feel yours
The first month after launch
In the first month, photograph each finished client with their permission and add the best to the right gallery category. Update your booking calendar before prom, wedding and holiday periods, and ask happy clients for a review on the platforms you use.
Mistakes to avoid at launch
- ✓Taking bookings only through direct messages — every back-and-forth costs you a client who books elsewhere
- ✓Leaving policies unwritten — disputes about deposits and late arrivals become personal
- ✓Mixing all photos in one gallery — a bride and a color client cannot find work relevant to them
One example of what your site could look like
This is one sample we designed. Yours is built around your business, your photos and your words, and we have more examples if you want to compare directions.
What it costs
Websites are priced one-time by size, plus Website Care at $30/month for hosting, HTTPS, backups, weekly checks and A/B testing. Every package includes a consultation, mobile-friendly design, copy we write for you, a contact form, essential search setup and 10 revision rounds. Monthly SEO is an optional add-on when you are ready for it.
Optional add-ons, billed separately
The prices above are for your website. These two are separate monthly products you can add now or later. Neither is part of the website price.
Monthly SEO, from $50/month: new pages published on your site every month. See Monthly SEO →
