A lash artist’s site launches best when you have close-up photos of your sets and a written fill and refund policy ready. Those two items answer most client questions before they ask.
How the launch unfolds
Day 1-2: You send your photos, menu, booking details and policies, and we outline the home, services, booking, gallery and aftercare pages.
Week 1: We write and lay out the pages, sort your gallery by style and connect your booking tool.
Week 2: You review on a phone, we refine wording and photo order, and we test a sample booking.
Launch: We publish, check mobile views and give you a short note on updating availability before busy dates.
What to gather before you start
- ✓Close-up photos of finished sets — consistent lighting and a range of eye shapes show your skill best
- ✓A service menu with times — styles, fills and removals, with how long each appointment runs
- ✓Your booking tool or calendar — the account clients will use, plus any deposit rules
- ✓Fill, refund and late policies — written in your own friendly words
- ✓Aftercare guidance — the steps you want clients to follow, in a short clear list
The first month after launch
In the first month, add fresh close-ups of new sets with client permission and make sure your booking calendar is open for prom, wedding and holiday dates. Ask happy clients for a review through the platforms you already use, and keep aftercare notes current.
Mistakes to avoid at launch
- ✓Taking bookings only by direct message — every back-and-forth costs you a client who books elsewhere
- ✓Leaving styles unlabeled — clients cannot tell hybrid from volume and choose by price alone
- ✓Skipping a fill policy — confusion about timing leads to awkward conversations
One example of what your site could look like
This is one sample we designed. Yours is built around your business, your photos and your words, and we have more examples if you want to compare directions.
