A notary’s site is ready to launch once you know which signings you take, where you travel and what people must have in hand. Those three answers prevent most wasted calls.
How the launch unfolds
Day 1-2: You send your services, area, hours and what-to-bring list, and we outline the home, services, area, preparation and contact pages.
Week 1: We write and lay out the pages, build the request form and connect it to your phone or inbox.
Week 2: You review on a phone, we revise wording and test a sample request.
Launch: We publish, check mobile views and give you a short guide for updating hours during busy periods.
What to gather before you start
- ✓Your list of services — general notarizations, loan signings and any apostille help you offer
- ✓Your travel area — the towns, counties or zones you cover, and whether you meet at an office or on site
- ✓A what-to-bring list — identification and document reminders so people arrive prepared
- ✓Hours and response times — when you take calls and how quickly you can reply to urgent requests
- ✓How fees are structured — described generally, such as by signing type or travel distance
The first month after launch
In the first month, check that the request form reaches you reliably and respond quickly to the first few inquiries. Update your hours around month-end and busy home-buying periods, and ask clients to leave a review through the platforms you already use.
Mistakes to avoid at launch
- ✓Leaving out your service area — people assume you will not come to them and call someone else
- ✓Skipping the what-to-bring list — signers arrive without the right items and appointments are wasted
- ✓Posting unclear hours — urgent visitors cannot tell whether you can help today and move on
One example of what your site could look like
This is one sample we designed. Yours is built around your business, your photos and your words, and we have more examples if you want to compare directions.
