A virtual assistant’s site is ready to launch once you can say in a sentence who you help and what you take off their plate. The pages then organize the details around that promise.
How the launch unfolds
Day 1-2: You send your services, niches, packages and tools, and we outline the home, services, packages, about and contact pages.
Week 1: We write and lay out the pages and connect your call booking link or contact form.
Week 2: You review on a phone, we tighten wording and test the contact path from start to finish.
Launch: We publish, check mobile views and give you a short note on updating packages as your offer changes.
What to gather before you start
- ✓A short list of services grouped by theme — inbox and calendar, customer support and admin projects, written in client terms
- ✓The niches or roles you serve — so visitors see themselves and know you understand their work
- ✓Packages or engagement options — hourly, retainer or project, in plain language
- ✓The tools you work in — the software you already use with clients
- ✓A portrait and short bio — people hand over their inbox to a person, so a face helps
The first month after launch
In the first month, check that discovery call requests reach you and refine your services wording based on the questions you receive. Refresh the site at the start of each quarter, when people tend to reset their delegation plans, and ask happy clients for a review.
Mistakes to avoid at launch
- ✓Listing too many services — visitors cannot tell what you are best at and assume you are a generalist
- ✓Skipping packages — without options to compare, starting feels like friction
- ✓Leaving out your process — clients do not know what working together looks like and hesitate
One example of what your site could look like
This is one sample we designed. Yours is built around your business, your photos and your words, and we have more examples if you want to compare directions.
What it costs
Websites are priced one-time by size, plus Website Care at $30/month for hosting, HTTPS, backups, weekly checks and A/B testing. Monthly SEO is an optional add-on when you are ready for it.
Optional add-ons, billed separately
The prices above are for your website. These two are separate monthly products you can add now or later. Neither is part of the website price.
