Someone looking for a nutritionist is usually tired of generic advice. They have tried things and are skeptical, which is exactly why a short free call can work well. It lets them hear how you think, and it lets you see whether you can help. The website sets that up by making the call easy to book and the next steps easy to see.
Three sessions, three booking options
Most practices have a discovery call, a longer initial consultation and shorter follow-ups. List them separately, each with its own length and what is covered. A follow-up cannot be booked until an initial consult exists, and you can say so right in the name, such as "Follow-up (existing clients)".
For packages like a three month program, show what the program includes and how sessions are scheduled, so people understand the commitment before they pay.
What to explain on the page
- ✓Who you help — goals, life stages, or conditions you work around
- ✓What happens in the first consult — topics, length, any intake form
- ✓Program structure — number of sessions, check-ins, what is between them
- ✓Session format — in person, by call or by video
Intake that does the groundwork
A short intake form sent with the confirmation lets you read about goals, history and routines before the session. The call is then spent on advice rather than collecting facts, and the client feels the session was personal.
Keep the form scannable and say what you do with the answers. Clients are sharing something personal and appreciate a clear sentence on why you ask.
What we set up for you
- ✓Booking options — discovery, consult and follow-up as separate services
- ✓Intake form — linked in the confirmation message
- ✓Program pages — plain descriptions and how to start
- ✓Credentials section — your training and background, written honestly
When people look
January and early spring bring the most new clients. A visible next-available date and a program start date on the home page turns a New Year intention into a booking.
What to expect, honestly
- ✓We do not publish health claims — your page describes services, not guaranteed outcomes
- ✓Intake data handling is your responsibility — we keep the form short and simple
- ✓Payment tool fees are separate — Square and others set their own rates
