A parent watches a two-minute clip of your act and turns to a friend: this is the one. The booking has to be ready right then, because the same enthusiasm will not be there tomorrow. A deposit step on the page turns that moment of interest into a date on your calendar.
Video first, form second, deposit third
The order matters. A short video at the top gives people the feeling of the show. A form comes after, asking only for the event details you need. The deposit follows once you confirm you are free. If the deposit appears too early, it feels like paying for something unseen.
On your site, we keep each step on one screen without a maze of menus, so a visitor on a mobile device can watch, request and pay in a few minutes.
Details to ask for
- ✓Type of event and age range — a school show differs from a corporate evening
- ✓Date, start time and length — with the audience size
- ✓Venue and room setup — stage or floor space, power, ceiling height
- ✓Travel distance — so you can quote any mileage on top
Terms for travel, changes and rain
Performers have terms that other businesses do not: outdoor shows, long drives, shows that run at night and gigs at several venues in one day. A line or two on the page about travel and weather prevents most disputes.
We place your wording beside the pay button. The deposit is taken through the tool you use or through Square, whose fees belong to the provider. Your cancellation rules, and what you refund, are your decisions alone.
Prepare for the build
- ✓A show reel — or two short clips of different acts
- ✓Your list of shows with ages and lengths — one clear line each
- ✓Your deposit and travel rules — plain numbers you can state
- ✓Photos from real events — with the audience visible
What to expect, honestly
- ✓We do not edit your video — you provide the clips and we place them
- ✓We do not manage your travel calendar — you confirm each date
- ✓We do not make legal terms — your own agreement stays yours
