Visitors decide in seconds whether a class fits their day. If the times are buried in a PDF, an old Instagram post or a screenshot, they leave. A schedule page that lists the day, the time, the class name and the level gives them an answer on the first look.
What a good schedule page shows
We lay out the week as a simple table on desktop that becomes stacked day cards on a small screen. Each row has the class name, time, length, level and instructor, and a link that goes to your booking or sign-up page.
Because the schedule is real text on the page, search engines can read it and people can zoom it. It does not depend on someone opening an attachment.
Details worth including on every class
- ✓Class name and style — in words a newcomer understands
- ✓Day, start time and length — with the time zone obvious
- ✓Level or age group — beginner, all levels, kids
- ✓Instructor — first name is enough
- ✓Where — the room or location if you have more than one
How booking connects, honestly
Each class links to your booking tool or sign-up page. We do not promise the schedule on your site updates itself from that tool unless we have set it up and tested that exact connection. By default, the schedule is a page we update with you, and the booking happens in your tool.
That keeps things reliable. When your timetable changes for a season, you send us the new one, or you use the small monthly edit time that comes with Website Care at $30/month.
What to send us
- ✓Your current timetable — any format, even a photo
- ✓Class descriptions — two lines each is plenty
- ✓Your sign-up or booking link — or tell us you need one
- ✓Season dates — when the schedule changes or pauses
What to expect, honestly
- ✓No automatic sync by default — we update the page unless we test a live connection
- ✓We do not sell passes — payment happens in your booking tool
- ✓Capacity is managed in your tool — the page only displays times
