Website Care is $30/month: managed hosting, HTTPS, backups, uptime checks, weekly performance checks, A/B testing and up to 30 minutes of small edits each month.

Are SEO and Business Spotlight included in the website price?

No. They are optional add-ons that are billed separately each month. The website price covers the website; Website Care at $30/month keeps it hosted and maintained; Monthly SEO and Business Spotlight are separate products you can add if you want them.
