Answer five short sections about your business. The planner gives you a suggested page map, a list of the content you already have and the content you still need, the features that need scoping, timing notes and the package that fits your page count. Print it, keep it, or send it to us when you are ready.

How the planner decides
- Page map. Every business type starts from the pages its customers actually look for. A restaurant needs its menu, hours and location; a cleaning company needs its services, the areas it covers and a quote form; a salon needs its service list, its team and a booking button.
- Service and area pages. For service businesses, each service you really offer can have its own page. Area pages are added only if you tick the box, and only make sense for places where you genuinely work. We do not create pages for towns you do not serve.
- Package. The planner counts the pages and picks the smallest website package whose page limit covers them. A Spanish version counts as a second set of pages.
- Content. Anything you have not ticked goes on the "you still need to supply" list. Those items, not the build itself, are usually what decides your launch date.
- Features. Links to booking, ordering and online-store providers you already use are connected. Payments on the site, full product catalogs, logins and custom tools are flagged for scoping, because they are not automatically included.
Example: a restaurant opening next month
The owner ticks menu and address as ready. Hours, approved photos and the ordering link are still missing. The plan suggests Home, Menu, Location and hours, Order online, About and Contact, which fits the Launch Website package. The missing items go on the owner’s list, and the ordering button is noted as a link to the provider the restaurant already uses. That is a planning outline, not an automatic quote: the final scope is confirmed in writing before anything is charged.
What happens when you send your plan
- You review it first. Nothing is sent until you press the request button and fill in your contact details.
- A real person reads it. We reply the same day or within one business day by the contact method you choose.
- We confirm scope in writing. Pages, features, what you supply, what we handle and the total, including Website Care at $30/month.
- You approve, then we build. Delivery can be as fast as 48 hours for eligible projects once scope and content are ready. Ten revision rounds are included.
Your answers stay private
The planner runs in your browser. Your answers are not saved on our servers, not put in the page address and not published anywhere. If you send the plan with the request form, it reaches our team only, together with the contact details you choose to give.

Common questions
Is the planner free?
Yes. There is no sign-up and no email needed to see your plan.
Is the plan a quote?
No. It is a planning outline. The final scope and price are confirmed in writing before you pay.
What if I need something the planner flags for scoping?
Tell us in the request. We say plainly whether we build it, and what it costs, before you pay. Some things, such as full online stores and custom apps, we do not build.
Can I use the plan with another provider?
Yes. Print it or copy it. It is a useful brief for anyone building your site.
Do I need a domain first?
No. Your domain is included with every website build. If you already own one, it stays in your account and we connect it.
