Event clients start with a date and a head count. The site has to answer fast whether you are available and whether the space or service fits. These samples are designs we made, not client results. They show how very different event businesses can each present with confidence.
What the client is checking
Date and capacity come first. Then the feel of the place or the planner’s taste, then what is included, and finally the process: tour, quote, deposit, contract. Wedding clients also look for style, so imagery carries a lot of weight, and they often show a page to a partner or parent before deciding, so it needs to make sense on a small screen passed across a table.
Rental businesses face a more practical visitor. They want to see what is available, how it is delivered and how long they can keep it. A catalog-like page works better there than a mood piece.
What to look for in these samples
- ✓Date inquiry form — date, guest count and type of event up front
- ✓Space or inventory display — photos, capacity or spec details
- ✓Package or process outline — what is included and the order of steps
- ✓Mood and imagery — luxury monograms, nature frames or curved coastlines each set a tone
- ✓Seasonal notes — peak months, blackout dates and lead time
Choosing a direction
Luxury planners often prefer a refined, seal-style look. Farm venues suit natural frames and soft textures. Boat and equipment rentals suit practical grids and selectors, and film makers suit cinematic layouts.
Send your spaces or items, capacity numbers, packages, a gallery of real events you have permission to show and the way you handle deposits. We write the copy and add the inquiry form. For deposits, we connect a tool you already use or help set one up, such as Square, and its fees belong to that provider.
What to expect, honestly
- ✓Availability is not live — the form requests dates, you confirm
- ✓Photos of events need permission
- ✓Samples show design only
