Events are shared in group chats, newsletters and posters, and they all need one place to point. A single event page with the date, place and a Register button is that place. People do not need to hunt for the link or ask what time it starts.
What the event page covers
Lead with the date, time and place, then a short paragraph about what happens and who it is for. Put the Register button near the top and repeat it at the bottom. Add the cost, what is included and how to get there.
We build the page and connect the button to the ticketing or registration provider you choose. If you do not have one, we can help you pick a simple one, and you create and own the account.
What belongs on every event page
- ✓Date, time and doors-open time — with the time zone if people travel
- ✓Location and parking — a map link and a landmark
- ✓Cost and what it includes — honest and upfront
- ✓Agenda or lineup — only what is confirmed
- ✓Contact for questions — a form, not a guess
Attendee data and fees stay with the provider
The provider collects names, emails and payments and sends confirmations. That means the attendee list and the money live in the provider’s account, which you manage. Fees are set by the provider; check their current pricing before choosing.
After the event, we can mark the page as past, swap in photos and add the next date, so the page keeps working for you.
What to prepare
- ✓Event details — date, time, venue, cost
- ✓Your registration link — or a short list of providers you are considering
- ✓A description and photos — from last year if you have them
- ✓A cap or deadline — if registration closes
What to expect, honestly
- ✓Registration happens in the provider — not on our site
- ✓We do not manage attendee lists — the provider does
- ✓Fees and refunds follow the provider’s rules — and your policy
