Spa sites are asked to do two opposite things: feel unhurried and let a stranger book in under a minute. The samples below are designs we made to show how different studios can balance that. They are not client results, only examples of style and structure.
What someone is looking for
A first-time guest usually wants to know three things. What is the treatment, and what happens in it? How long does it take and what is the starting price? Is the place clean, private and comfortable? Photos and plain descriptions answer all of that better than adjectives, and a short note on how to prepare removes the last bit of worry before a first appointment.
Returning guests mostly want to book and buy their favorite product again. A site that serves both keeps the treatment menu short on the surface and puts detail one tap deeper.
What to look for in these samples
- ✓Treatment descriptions — written plainly, with duration and what to expect
- ✓Mood without clutter — soft color and space that still loads fast
- ✓Prep and aftercare notes — short guidance people read before they arrive
- ✓Product highlights — useful if you retail skincare you stand behind
- ✓Booking placement — a clear button, not a hidden menu item
Picking a style and what to tell us
Dreamy, surreal layouts suit float and bath experiences. Clean arch frames and pastel gradients suit facial bars. Two-color panels suit a simple waxing menu where speed matters. Layouts built around a single floating product suit an esthetician who retails a line, and the sample with callout chips suits a studio that wants to label concerns and treatments at a glance.
Share your treatment list, the order you want people to see it in, any packages and a few photos of the rooms. We write the copy, avoid medical or result claims and connect the scheduling or gift card tool you already use. Provider fees belong to that tool.
Pages and features a spa or skin studio needs
- ✓A treatment menu by category — face, body, waxing, each with duration
- ✓A first visit page — what to wear, arrival time and intake steps
- ✓Gift card links — through the tool you already sell them with
- ✓A product page — the lines you stock and why you chose them
- ✓Policies — cancellation, late arrival and age rules in your exact words
How these spa samples differ in feel
The float and bathhouse sample is the most dreamlike, with a surreal landscape that sells the feeling before any detail, a fit for experiences that are hard to describe in words. The day spa sample frames images in arch windows, calm and classic, for a full menu of massages and facials. The skin studio sample labels concerns with floating callout chips so a visitor can spot acne, texture or dryness at a glance. The facial bar sample uses a pastel gradient face and works for quick, repeatable treatments.
The esthetician and skincare sample is built around one floating product, which helps when your retail line matters as much as your treatments. The waxing studio sample splits the page into two-color duo panels for a short, fast menu. If clients mostly rebook by habit, choose a simpler layout; if each visit is a treat, the softer image-led samples carry more of the mood.
What to expect, honestly
- ✓We do not write medical claims — copy stays descriptive
- ✓Samples are style demos, not outcomes
- ✓Gift cards and packages use a connected tool
