A campground website costs more or less depending on how much of the map, the site types and the reservation flow you want to show online. A small family park with a few loops is a very different build from a resort with cabins, full hookups and seasonal leases.
The price at a glance
Most campgrounds fit Business Plus: $989 one-time for up to 20 pages, plus Website Care at $30/month for hosting, HTTPS, backups, weekly performance checks, A/B testing and up to 30 minutes of small edits each month. A typical campground site covers Home with a map, Sites and rates, Amenities, Rules and Reserve.
What changes the price for a campground
- ✓Variety of site types — Tent sites, pull-through RV spots, cabins and group areas each need their own description and rate framing, so every extra category adds copy and layout.
- ✓Map and loop detail — A clear, labeled campground map with notes on shade, water and hookups takes design care, and the more loops you have, the more it matters.
- ✓Reservation method — Connecting the booking tool you already use is simple, while setting up a new one, or handling deposits, adds setup work.
- ✓Seasonal rules and policies — Quiet hours, pet rules, firewood notes, check-in windows and holiday minimums all need clear placement, and longer policy lists take more structure.
What keeps you in the smaller plan
A smaller site works if you keep to one page of sites and rates, one amenities page and a single reservation route that links to your existing booking tool. Photos of the actual loops do more than a long description. You can leave seasonal events and long histories off until the main booking path is working.
Costs that sit outside the website
- ✓Reservation system — Whichever booking tool you use, its subscription and per-booking fees are charged by that provider and sit outside the website.
- ✓Payment processing — Deposits and card payments go through a processor such as Square, which has its own fee schedule.
- ✓Photos and drone shots — Strong shots of the water, the loops and the fire rings sell sites, and a photographer is a separate expense.
- ✓Domain and email — A park name domain and an inbox for reservation questions are recurring items with whoever provides them.
When it makes sense to step up
Move up when you run multiple loops or separate lodging types that each need booking guidance, when you rent cabins or glamping units alongside RV and tent spots, or when events like group rallies and reunions need their own pages. Several rate tiers across the year and a seasonal lease page are also signs of a bigger build.
