We write the words for you, but we write them from your facts. For a cleaning company the facts that matter are not exotic: where you work, what a visit includes, how you handle keys and pets, and what you need to know to quote. If you can answer the list below in a document or a voice note, you are ready.
The facts we need from you
Start with the basics people ask on every call: the towns you serve, the days and hours you clean, whether you handle residential, commercial or both, and whether you offer one-time deep cleans, move-outs or only recurring service.
Then the part that makes your pages specific: what a standard visit covers room by room, what is an add-on, and what you do not do. A short honest "we do not" line builds more trust than a long promise.
Your quick prep list
- ✓Service area list — towns, zip codes or neighborhoods, plus any you travel farther for
- ✓Standard visit scope — kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and what is extra
- ✓Quote inputs — size, bedrooms, bathrooms, pets, frequency, condition, access
- ✓Supplies and equipment — whether you bring products or use the client’s
- ✓Business basics — legal name, years operating, owner name and how you want it shown
Photos, wording and policies
Gather any real photos: finished rooms, your team in uniform, your vehicle, supplies. Quick shots from your mobile are fine if they are bright and straight. Do not worry about volume; six good ones beat thirty weak ones.
Write down your policies in plain words: cancellation and rescheduling, what happens if someone is not home, how you handle breakage, and how clients reach you with a concern. We turn these into short, calm sections instead of fine print.
What we write and what you approve
We write the home page, the service pages, the area page and the quote form wording from your notes, then send it to you. You approve or change anything; up to 10 revision rounds are included. We never add claims you did not give us, such as insurance, bonding or years in business, and we leave out anything you cannot document.
Decisions only you can make
- ✓Residential, commercial or both first — it sets the home page emphasis
- ✓How you want inquiries handled — form only, or form plus your preferred reply method
- ✓Whether you show prices — starting-at figures or quote-only
- ✓Which areas to lead with — the ones you most want to grow in
What to expect, honestly
- ✓We do not invent details — missing facts are left out or asked for
- ✓Insurance and bonding statements need your proof — we do not verify them
- ✓Photos with clients’ homes need permission — please check before sending
