Agencies get asked to commit to partners they know little about. A capability statement should help you decide whether we suit your clients before you spend time on a call. Here is the practical picture, without sales talk.
What we build
We build small business websites: service businesses, local shops, professional practices, nonprofits and similar. Sites typically run from a few pages to a few dozen, with larger plans for more. Each includes mobile-friendly design, copy we write, a contact form and essential search setup.
We connect tools your client already uses, such as booking, ordering or donation platforms, and can help set up Square for booking and deposits. We do not build client logins, member areas or custom software.
Page types we produce regularly
- ✓Service pages — one per service, with what it includes and who it suits
- ✓Location or service-area pages — written from real local detail, never town-swapped
- ✓Menus, price lists and catalogs — laid out for reading on a small screen
- ✓Team and about pages — built around real photos and short bios
- ✓Quote and inquiry forms — with the questions the business actually needs answered
Our process in short
Each project starts with a consultation where we learn the business, its customers and what the site must do. We write the copy and lay out the pages, then the draft goes through review with up to ten revision rounds. After approval the site launches on our hosting, and care continues with small edits each month.
Writing is part of the job, not an extra. If a client sends rough notes, a few photos and a voice memo about how they work, that is enough for a first draft.
Writing we can handle
- ✓Copy from rough notes — clients do not need finished text
- ✓Plain rewrites of an old site — same facts, clearer wording
- ✓English and Spanish pages — se habla español
- ✓FAQ answers — drawn from the questions customers really ask
Hosting and support
Sites run on our managed hosting with HTTPS, backups and uptime checks. Ongoing care also includes weekly performance checks, A/B testing and small edits each month. The client’s domain stays theirs.
We take over or rebuild existing sites onto our hosting rather than editing inside another platform. We do not promise to recover data from an old site.
Integrations, honestly described
We link or embed the tools a business already relies on, such as an online booking calendar, an ordering service, a donation form or a newsletter signup, and we test that the path from page to tool works on a small screen. Where a client has no booking tool yet, we can help set up Square for appointments and deposits.
The tools themselves belong to their providers. Their fees, features and outages are outside our control, and we say so plainly to your client rather than letting them assume the website covers it.
What we do not do
- ✓Enterprise platforms — large custom systems are out of scope
- ✓Legal or compliance advice — that belongs to your client’s counsel
- ✓Search ranking promises — Monthly SEO is optional and carries none
- ✓Publishing client names — we keep partners confidential
What to expect, honestly
- ✓Inquiry only — partner terms are discussed by call
- ✓Small business scope — we say when a project is not a fit
- ✓Third-party tools bill separately — each provider sets its own fees
One example of what your site could look like
This is one sample we designed. Yours is built around your business, your photos and your words, and we have more examples if you want to compare directions.
How it works
1. Consultation
We learn your services, customers and goals, in English or Spanish.
2. We write and design
We draft the words and build the site around your business.
3. 10 revision rounds
You review and request changes until it is right.
4. Launch and care
We launch, then Website Care keeps it hosted, backed up, checked weekly and A/B tested.
