Golfers rarely search for "golf instructor". They search for what is going wrong: a slice, a short game that falls apart, nerves on the first tee. A booking page that speaks to that, then shows where you teach and when you are free, turns a vague wish to improve into a Tuesday morning lesson.
What a first lesson should look like on the page
New students hesitate because they do not know what happens. Describe a first lesson in a few lines: you watch some swings, talk about what they want to work on, then agree on one or two things to practise. Mention whether you use video and whether they should bring their own clubs.
After the first lesson, offer a series. A set of three or five lessons is easier to commit to once someone has met you, and the page can present it as the natural next step.
Options to list separately
- ✓Single lesson — a standard length with a clear focus
- ✓Playing lesson — on the course, for those who want on-course coaching
- ✓Lesson series — a bundle with a start date and spacing
- ✓Junior or group clinic — scheduled sessions with a limited number of spots
Where you teach matters
Instructors often work at more than one range or course. List each location with the days you are there, the type of lesson available and any access notes such as whether range balls are included. A golfer should never have to guess where to show up.
If a facility fee applies, the page can say so plainly, and that the fee is separate from your lesson charge.
Items we need from you
- ✓Locations and days — ranges, courses and the schedule at each
- ✓Lesson menu — lengths, focus and what is included
- ✓Your background — playing and teaching history, honestly told
- ✓Booking tool — existing, or Square set up for lessons
Season and weather
Demand climbs from spring through early fall, and rainy days produce reschedules. A short weather policy on the page tells students what happens, which spares you the usual flurry of morning messages.
What to expect, honestly
- ✓We do not promise score improvement — the page describes your coaching, not results
- ✓Facility rules are the course’s — we show the info you supply
- ✓Provider fees are separate — payment and booking tools set their own rates
