Anyone searching for an immigration attorney has probably already read conflicting advice from friends, social media and forums. Trust is the real product at the first click. A site that explains what you do, who you are and what a first consultation looks like, in the language the person is most comfortable in, answers the question underneath: can I rely on this office?
Start with who you are
The attorney page carries the most weight. A clear photo, the bar admission you hold stated exactly as it is, the languages you speak and a short description of the matters you handle. We write from your notes, and you make sure every statement is accurate, because rules for lawyer advertising vary by state and are yours to follow.
The firm’s name, office location and hours sit in the footer of both versions.
Services page fields
- ✓Matter types — family petitions, naturalization, work visas, removal defense, whichever you handle
- ✓Who the firm helps — individuals, families, employers
- ✓What a consultation covers — stated without outcomes
- ✓Fees approach — only what you choose to publish
- ✓Languages offered — in the office and at the consultation
Spanish that is checked by a person
Legal vocabulary does not translate word for word, so we write in Spanish directly and then have you or a bilingual member of the office review it. Terms such as consulta, trámite or cita can mean different things to different families, and you know which ones your clients use. Machine translation has no place on a legal site.
We do not describe case outcomes, success rates or results in either language.
The inquiry form
- ✓Short fields — name, how to reply, language preference
- ✓A general topic menu — so staff can route it
- ✓A notice about confidentiality — wording you provide, in both languages
- ✓No case details requested — ask for those in the consultation
- ✓Reply expectation
Process and FAQ pages
A short process page lists the path from first contact to consultation to next steps, without promising timelines the government controls. The FAQ answers the practical questions families ask first, such as what to bring and whether remote meetings are possible.
What to expect, honestly
- ✓We do not provide legal content or advice — all legal statements come from you
- ✓No outcome or result claims — advertising rules stay yours to review
- ✓No client accounts or case tracking — we build an information site
