Parents choosing a preschool are doing something deeply personal. They are handing over a small person for the first time, and they read every word on your site to see whether you sound like the people they want in the room. If the words are in the language they speak at home, they are more likely to book a tour and ask better questions on it.
Show the day, not just the program
A page called A day here walks through the rhythm: arrival, circle time, outdoor play, snack, rest, and pickup. Describe it in your own words and in both languages. Parents of toddlers want to know how nap time works; parents of four-year-olds want to know how you prepare them for kindergarten.
Programs by age group get their own short sections, with schedules such as half-day or full-day and the days available.
What the policies page covers
- ✓Health and illness — when a child should stay home, in your words
- ✓Arrival and pickup — who can collect a child
- ✓Meals and allergies — how you handle them
- ✓Communication with families — daily notes, app or conversations
- ✓Calendar and closures — holidays and teacher days
The tour request
The home page button is Schedule a tour. The form asks for the parent’s name, the child’s age, preferred days and a preferred language, so the person who replies can greet the family in the right one. Keep it to a handful of fields.
After the form, a short message says what happens next and when they will hear from you.
Two-language checklist before launch
- ✓Same photos, both languages — with captions for each
- ✓Staff names and roles — spelled the same way
- ✓Dates written clearly — day, month and year
- ✓Spanish read aloud — by a staff member, to catch stiffness
- ✓Form tested — in both languages
Enrollment seasons
Enrollment opens in winter for the fall, so the tour page and waitlist note should be fresh by January. We can add a short note on how the waitlist works if you run one.
What to expect, honestly
- ✓Licensing and ratio details are yours to state — we do not interpret rules
- ✓No parent app or daily reports — we build an information site
- ✓Photos of children need permission — you confirm consent before publishing
