When a host books a mobile bar, they are booking more than a trailer. They are booking a bartender’s evening, a menu and a setup crew, and all of it is allocated to one night. A deposit says that this night is now spoken for and that the work of planning the drinks can begin.
The conversation before the deposit
Most mobile bar events begin with questions: how many guests, how long, what kind of drinks, indoors or outside. We put these questions into the request form so the answer is already on your screen when you open the message. That makes the quote faster and the deposit more natural.
Once the host agrees, the deposit link follows. The confirmation names the date, the package and the next step, which is usually a menu choice a few weeks before the event.
Event details worth collecting
- ✓Guest count and event length — these drive staffing and supplies
- ✓Venue and access — loading doors, power and water at the site
- ✓Drink preferences — signature cocktails, beer and wine or a non-alcoholic menu
- ✓Setup and teardown windows — set by the venue, not by you
Alcohol rules are yours to state
Serving alcohol comes with rules that differ by place, and we are not able to advise on them. If you want to show a line about how you handle service, we place your wording where guests will see it before paying. We never write compliance claims for you.
The deposit is collected with the tool you use or with Square if we set it up. The provider charges its own fees, and the terms for changes and refunds are yours.
What to supply
- ✓Your packages and what each includes — hours, staff, glassware, mixers
- ✓Your deposit rule — flat or a share of the quote
- ✓Your minimums — guest count or spend if you have them
- ✓Photos of the bar set up — indoors and outdoors if you do both
What to expect, honestly
- ✓We do not give legal or permit advice — you handle what your area requires
- ✓We do not manage staffing — the site collects bookings, you run the event
- ✓We do not control processor fees — they belong to the payment provider
