Cycling studio riders are decisive. They want to see tomorrow’s 6:15 class, check whether bikes are open and book. If your website makes them click through three menus to see the timetable, many will use whatever app they already have and never discover what makes your studio different.
The timetable is the home page
We put the weekly schedule on the home page or one tap away, listed by day with time, class name, instructor and a Book link. Different formats, such as beats rides, endurance rides or strength-plus-ride sessions, are labeled in a sentence so a new rider is not guessing.
The page is built for a thumb, with large buttons and text that does not require zooming.
What to put beside each class
- ✓Class format — a short description in plain words
- ✓Instructor — a name and a photo
- ✓Length — forty-five or sixty minutes
- ✓Bike or spot selection — if riders pick their own
- ✓Shoe rental note — whether cleats are needed
Make packs easy to understand
Packs are most of the revenue in a boutique studio, and they are where people get confused. We explain each option in a sentence: how many rides, how long they last, whether they are shareable. The prices are the ones you set.
The purchase link goes to the tool you already use, so credit and expiry rules stay where your team manages them.
The first-ride path
- ✓Intro offer — stated clearly on the home page
- ✓Arrival time — how early to come and what to expect
- ✓What to bring — water, towel, shoes
- ✓Where to park or lock a bike
Instructors are the draw
Riders follow instructors the way fans follow bands. A page with a photo and a few lines each, plus the days they usually teach, gives people a reason to try a class they would otherwise skip.
What to expect, honestly
- ✓No bike-reservation software — we link to yours
- ✓No live inventory of spots — unless a feed is tested
- ✓No rider performance data — we do not host leaderboards
