Someone who has never been inside a pilates studio does not know what a reformer class is, whether she needs socks or whether level one is for her. She opens your schedule on her way out of a meeting. If she sees a grid of unexplained abbreviations, she closes it. If she sees a plain line that says "Reformer Foundations, beginners welcome", she books.
The schedule page is the one most visited
We build the timetable as real text on the page, never as a pasted image, so it reads on a small screen and search engines can see it. Classes are listed by day with the time, the class name, the instructor and the level. Each class name links to a short description of what happens and who it suits.
The Book button on each row goes to the scheduling tool you already use, so sign-ups, packs and waitlists stay where your front desk expects them.
What belongs next to every class
- ✓Level — foundations, all levels or intermediate, in plain words
- ✓Equipment — reformer, mat or tower, and whether the studio provides it
- ✓Instructor name — linked to a short bio
- ✓Class length — so people can plan around work
- ✓Capacity note — small groups are part of your appeal
Show the first visit before the price list
Many studios lead with a membership table. A first-time client wants to know what the introductory offer is and what to expect at the door. A short First Class section answers arrival time, what to wear and how to reach the front desk.
Packs and memberships sit one click away, explained in sentences rather than a wall of tiers.
How the schedule stays current
- ✓A weekly routine — one person owns the schedule and checks it on a set day
- ✓Seasonal changes — send us the new timetable and we post it
- ✓Holiday closures — a dated banner on the home page
- ✓Substitute instructors — leave out names that change weekly
Keep the claims honest
We do not promise live syncing between your scheduling tool and the site unless we have tested your exact setup. The simplest reliable method is a schedule written on the page and a booking link beside it, updated when you change the timetable.
What to expect, honestly
- ✓Not a booking engine — sign-ups happen in your existing tool
- ✓No health advice — we do not write claims about injuries or conditions
- ✓Live sync only if tested — otherwise the schedule is updated by hand
