Travelers book from a hotel room, a beach or the back of a rental car. They want to see what the experience is, how long it lasts, what to bring and how to reserve. A well-built tour page answers those before they bounce to someone else.
What each tour page explains
One page per experience works better than a long list. Each page covers the meeting point, duration, what is included, what to wear or bring and the group size. A reserve button sits near the top and again at the bottom.
The reservation itself happens in your booking tool, and that tool keeps the schedule, the headcount and the payment. We connect the button or embed the booking window; we do not run the calendar.
Details guests look for
- ✓Duration and start times — so they can plan the day
- ✓Meeting point — with a map link and a landmark
- ✓What is included — gear, snacks, transport
- ✓Fitness or age notes
- ✓Weather plan — what happens if conditions change
Capacity, waivers and cancellations
Capacity limits, waiver signing and cancellation rules should be set up inside your existing reservation tool, since it already records who booked. We reflect the rules on your site in plain words, such as the cutoff for free cancellation, so guests are not surprised.
We do not promise that your website shows live availability unless we have connected and tested that feature in your tool. Without it, the page tells guests to open the reserve link for open dates.
What to prepare
- ✓Your reservation tool or link — or we help you choose one
- ✓A description of each tour — even rough notes work
- ✓Photos from real outings — with permission from people shown
- ✓Policies in writing — cancellation, weather, age and waiver
What to expect, honestly
- ✓No live availability promise — dates are shown in your booking tool
- ✓We do not draft legal waivers — use your own wording
- ✓Tool and processor fees are the provider’s
