When there is no dining room, a delivery app listing is your whole presence. That is convenient and also fragile: the app sets the page, the fees and the relationship. A website of your own does not replace the apps. It gives you one place you control, where a customer can see every concept you run and order directly.
One kitchen, several brands
Many ghost kitchens run two or three concepts out of one space: a burger brand, a wings brand and a dessert line. Customers see them as separate, and so should the site. Each concept gets a page with its own menu and tone, while a home page shows the full family.
This also helps people find you. Someone who searches for your wings brand lands on the wings page, not on a generic list.
What to put in front of a delivery customer
- ✓Delivery area — towns or zip codes, so "do you come to me" is answered
- ✓Hours by concept — they may differ
- ✓A direct order link — through the tool you already use
- ✓Links to the apps you are on — for people who prefer them
Direct orders and bulk orders
Direct orders skip app commissions, but only if people know about them. We place a short line near the order button explaining that ordering from you directly is an option, and we do not make claims about what any app charges.
Bulk and office orders suit ghost kitchens well and apps handle them awkwardly. A request form for large orders gives them a path. As always, the website and your kitchen system are not automatically connected, so menu changes are sent to us or made by you. Provider fees belong to the provider.
What to prepare
- ✓A list of your concepts — each with its own menu and photos
- ✓Your delivery radius — in plain terms
- ✓Your direct ordering link — or tell us you need help choosing one
- ✓Your hours per concept
What to expect, honestly
- ✓We do not run delivery — you or a provider do
- ✓We do not link accounts on third-party apps — those belong to you
- ✓We do not sync menus automatically — updates are sent separately
