If you already take orders through a provider, your website should send people there without a hunt. If you are starting, the website should make the choice obvious. Either way the goal is the same: someone hungry taps once and lands in the ordering flow.
How the pieces fit together
Your ordering provider runs the cart, the payment and the order ticket. Your website is the front door. We place an Order Online button in the header, on the home page and on the menu page, and it opens your provider’s page or an embedded ordering window, depending on what the provider allows.
We connect the link. We do not rebuild the ordering system, and your site does not replace your POS or kitchen printer.
What we put on the site
- ✓A prominent Order Online button — sticky on small screens so it is always in reach
- ✓A pickup and delivery explanation — written to match how you really operate
- ✓Your hours and address — next to the button
- ✓A text menu page — so people can browse before they order
What does not sync automatically
Menu items and prices live in two places: your ordering provider and your website menu page. We do not promise they update each other. When you change a price or run out of a dish, you update the provider, and the website text is updated by us or from your monthly edit time.
Fees and commissions are set by the ordering provider, not by us, so compare their plans on their own pages.
What to prepare
- ✓Your ordering link — or the name of the provider you want to use
- ✓Your current menu — with prices and any size options
- ✓Pickup and delivery details — radius, minimums, timing
- ✓Photos of your best sellers — quick snapshots are fine to start
What to expect, honestly
- ✓We do not connect your POS — syncing menus is not automatic
- ✓Provider fees are theirs — they set and collect them
- ✓We do not guarantee delivery times — that is your kitchen and driver
- ✓The site does not process payments itself — your provider does
One example of what your site could look like
This is one sample we designed. Yours is built around your business, your photos and your words, and we have more examples if you want to compare directions.
