B12 now leads with an AI agent. You describe what you want, it produces a draft in minutes, and you refine it by chatting. That is useful, and different from what we sell. The right choice depends on how much of the work you want to keep for yourself.
What B12 offers today
On its pricing page, B12 listed a Free plan on a b12sites.com subdomain with a small daily allowance of AI credits. The Website plan, which adds your own domain, was listed at $24/month with 100 AI credits, and Website + Client Engagement at $78/month with 300 AI credits, plus client intake, email marketing, a contact manager, contracts and eSignature, invoicing and payments. New users could start with $1 for the first seven days.
The same page describes Professional and Advanced plans that are set up for you by a team of copywriters, designers and project managers, reached by paying a setup fee. It also says those two plans cannot later be moved down to the cheaper ones, and that you can hire vetted designers, copywriters and SEO specialists through its Expert Marketplace. Team-built plan prices were not printed there; ask B12.
Where B12 is the better fit

- ✓You enjoy editing by conversation — telling an AI agent to add a page or rewrite a section suits some owners well

Where an AI draft still needs a person
A draft made from a prompt reflects what you typed. It cannot know that you stopped offering a service last spring, that most clients ask about parking, or that your best work photos are on an old laptop. Someone still has to check every claim, choose real images and test the form on a small screen. On B12’s self-serve plans, that someone is you or an expert you hire.
With us, that work is the service. A person runs the consultation, we write every page from what you tell us, and you review it through ten revision rounds before anything goes live.

If you need booking or deposits, we connect the tool you already use or help you set up Square, and that provider’s fees stay with that provider. Monthly SEO is an optional add-on with no promise of rankings.
A quick way to decide
If you picture yourself opening a chat window on a Sunday night to rearrange your services page, B12 is built for that habit. If you would rather send a short message and have the change made, a managed site like ours is the calmer route.
