You do not have time for a long questionnaire, so this one is short. Most of it you can fill in between lunch rushes. Anything missing, tell us and we will plan around it, and we write all the page copy from your answers.
Type the menu out
Write each item with its price and one line about what is on it. Group them the way you would on the board: tacos, sides, drinks. Mark what is vegetarian, what is gluten free and what contains common allergens, but only where you are sure.
If the menu changes by season or event, send the standard list and mention which items rotate. We build the page so that changes are quick, and Website Care covers small edits.
Schedule and place facts
- ✓Regular spots — location name, address, days and hours
- ✓How you share changes — the social account or message group you really keep current
- ✓Weather or sold-out policy — a sentence about what happens when you close early
- ✓Preorders — whether orders are taken at the window, ahead or through a tool
Catering and events
Write down what you take: office lunches, weddings, markets, private parties. Add the minimum headcount, the area you will travel and how far ahead people should ask. We turn that into a short catering section and a form.
If you have a set package or a sample menu for events, send it. Prices are yours to state; if you prefer to quote each event, we say that plainly instead.
Photos that sell the food
- ✓The truck — straight on, in daylight, with your name visible
- ✓The food — close, bright, on the real packaging
- ✓You at the window — a natural photo of the person people will meet
- ✓Your logo — send the file or tell us you need a simple mark
What to expect, honestly
- ✓We write from your facts — we cannot invent menu items or prices
- ✓We link your ordering tool — we do not process payments
- ✓No live truck tracker — we build a clear schedule list instead
One example of what your site could look like
This is one sample we designed. Yours is built around your business, your photos and your words, and we have more examples if you want to compare directions.
How it works
1. Consultation
We learn your services, customers and goals, in English or Spanish.
2. We write and design
We draft the words and build the site around your business.
3. 10 revision rounds
You review and request changes until it is right.
4. Launch and care
We launch, then Website Care keeps it hosted, backed up, checked weekly and A/B tested.
