How we work with a Wix site
We do not edit inside your Wix account. We use your existing site as a reference for what you want, then build the finished version on our managed hosting. That keeps the result simple to maintain and means your site is not tied to a builder subscription you have to keep paying and keep learning.
Your domain stays yours throughout. If it was bought through Wix, it remains registered to you, and we point it at the new site only after you have approved the work. Until that moment the old site stays live.
What to send us
- ✓Your current Wix address — so we can see every page and what is missing
- ✓Text you already wrote — copy and paste it into a message, rough is fine
- ✓Logo and photos — send the originals, not screenshots from the editor
- ✓A short list of what visitors should do — call, request a quote, book, find directions
What changes when you move off Wix
Some things will look different. Wix apps, animations and special widgets are tied to that platform and do not travel with the content. We recreate the purpose of each one in a plain, fast layout rather than copying the effect. If you use a booking tool, a payment link or a newsletter service that lives outside Wix, we reconnect it.
We write the copy for the empty pages and you approve every line. Revision rounds are included, so you can ask for changes until it reads like you.
