The most common mistake in tennis bookings is a player in the wrong group. A rusty adult ends up in a fast clinic, a ten year old lands in a class too easy to hold interest. Both people may not return. A booking page that explains levels in plain words, then connects each level to a schedule, fixes that before the first ball is hit.
Describe levels in words, not just numbers
Rating systems mean nothing to someone new. Add a sentence per level: "can rally a few balls at slow pace", "plays matches and wants to work on serve and net play". A player recognizes themselves and picks correctly.
For juniors, group by age and by ability together. A page that shows both lets a parent choose without needing to message you with the same question.
Things to separate on the booking page
- ✓Private lessons — one on one, with length and court location
- ✓Semi-private — two or three players sharing a court
- ✓Clinics by level — weekly or drop-in, with number of spots
- ✓Camps — dates, ages and what to bring
Courts, weather and who pays for what
Say where each session happens. If courts belong to a club or park, note whether a court fee or membership is needed, and that it is separate from your lesson rate. Players are happy to pay a clear total, and they dislike surprises on the day.
A rain policy belongs in the confirmation and on the page. Whether lessons move, shorten or are credited is your call; the point is that it is written down before clouds appear.
What you bring to us
- ✓Lesson and clinic list — names, lengths, levels and spots
- ✓Court locations — addresses, surface and access notes
- ✓Coaching background — playing and teaching history
- ✓Booking tool — existing, or Square for lessons and payment
Seasonal planning
Spring and summer drive most demand, and camp dates fill early. A dated camp list on the home page, plus a note on when fall clinics open, gives players a reason to reserve ahead.
What to expect, honestly
- ✓Court bookings belong to the facility — we cannot reserve courts for you
- ✓We do not promise player results — the page describes coaching, not outcomes
- ✓Provider fees are separate — payment and booking tools charge their own rates
