Most people decide whether to attend a conference by looking at the agenda for a minute, then at the price, then at where it is. If the agenda is a PDF and the price is on a second page, many will postpone the decision, and postponing is how registrations slip away. A conference site should make that sequence fast.
Build the schedule as text
Present the schedule as a list by day and session, with time, title, speaker and room. Do not use an image of a table, because it cannot be searched, zoomed or read by a screen reader. If you have tracks, add simple filters or separate sections.
We link or embed the ticketing tool you use. Ticket types, early-bird windows, group rates and promo codes live there. Our page states the options and dates clearly, so buyers see the deadline before the click.
What the registration area needs
- ✓Ticket types — full, day pass, student or virtual, as you offer them
- ✓Dates for each price — early-bird end date in plain words
- ✓What is included — meals, materials and recordings
- ✓Group and sponsor options — a short route to a person
- ✓Cancellation and transfer rules — stated before payment
Speakers, venue and travel
Speaker bios should be short and specific: name, role and the session title. Photos with permission make the page feel human. A venue page needs an address, parking, transit, nearby hotels you can name and accessibility notes.
Add a short FAQ for first-time attendees: what to bring, how check-in works, what to wear. It will cut the email you receive during the final week.
Sponsors and exhibitors
- ✓Packages — what each level includes, as you set them
- ✓Deadlines — when logos and materials are due
- ✓Audience description — honest, without invented numbers
- ✓Contact form — sends inquiries to the right person
- ✓Past sponsor logos — only with permission
What to expect, honestly
- ✓Ticketing and refunds run on your provider — its fees apply
- ✓Agenda changes need a human — someone updates the page
- ✓We do not build attendee apps — the site is a reliable reference
