A roaster sells to three kinds of buyers who barely overlap: someone grinding a Saturday morning pot, someone buying a gift for a coffee-obsessed friend and a cafe owner who wants twenty pounds a week. One cart rarely suits all three. Online ordering for a roaster works best when each buyer sees a path built for them, and none has to guess how fresh the coffee is.
Say the roast date
Freshness is the whole pitch, so the page should state how you handle it. If you roast on Tuesdays and ship Wednesdays, say so near the add-to-cart button. If you roast to order, say that. A visitor comparing you with a supermarket bag needs that one line more than another paragraph on origin.
We link or embed the shop tool you already use, whether it is a small store platform or your register’s online module, and design the product pages around grind choice, bag size and roast level.
What each coffee page needs
- ✓Origin and producer notes — only what you know to be accurate
- ✓Roast level — light, medium or dark, in words and a simple scale
- ✓Tasting notes — written plainly, with one comparison to a familiar flavor
- ✓Bag sizes and grind options — whole bean or ground for the brewer they own
- ✓Brew suggestion — a starting ratio so the first cup goes well
Subscriptions and gifts
A subscription is a promise to ship on a rhythm, so describe it simply: which coffees, how often and how to pause. We build a short subscription page that explains this and sends the buyer to your ordering tool to complete it.
Gift buyers do not know your range. A "start here" collection, with one light, one medium and one dark, lets them choose without a coffee education, and a note about gift timing before the holidays helps them order early.
Wholesale without the clutter
- ✓Short inquiry form — business name, location and rough weekly volume
- ✓What you offer cafes — bag sizes, delivery area and how orders are placed
- ✓Sample request — invite a small trial order
- ✓Separate link — kept off the main shop so retail buyers are not confused
What to expect, honestly
- ✓Shipping rates come from your tool — we do not set carrier prices
- ✓Roast schedules are yours to keep — the page only states them
- ✓We do not build wholesale accounts — orders happen inside your ordering tool
