Someone is planning a baby shower, a graduation or a corporate gift, and they search for custom cookies. They scroll through photos, pick a favorite and then hesitate: how many do I need, how long does it take, how do I order? A site that answers those questions in order is what moves them from scrolling to ordering.
Photos create the want, words remove the doubt
The gallery is the most persuasive part of a cookie site, so we organize it by occasion: birthdays, weddings, holidays, corporate. A person planning a shower goes straight to the one they need. Under each set, a short line says the typical sizes and what a custom design involves.
Then the practical text: flavors, how many in a dozen, how many a typical event needs and how far ahead to order. Without those, customers guess, or ask, or go elsewhere.
What the order page should state
- ✓Sizes and packaging — standard, mini, individually wrapped
- ✓Minimum order — a dozen, two dozen
- ✓Lead time — days or weeks ahead, by season
- ✓Pickup or delivery — and the area if you deliver
The order itself
Many cookie businesses start with a form: occasion, date, quantity, flavors, design ideas and a place to attach inspiration. You review it, send a quote and confirm. If you already use an ordering or payment tool, the form can end by pointing to it.
We keep the process honest. If custom designs take a deposit, say it. If last-minute requests are not possible, say it. Payment provider fees belong to that provider, and your website is not automatically linked to your baking schedule.
Gather these for the build
- ✓Photos of finished sets — shot in daylight on a plain background
- ✓Your flavors and allergens — in your wording
- ✓Your lead times — normal and holiday
- ✓Your pickup instructions — address released after ordering, if you prefer
What to expect, honestly
- ✓We do not manage your baking calendar — you confirm each date
- ✓We do not take responsibility for allergen notes — you provide them
- ✓We do not process orders on our site — your tool does
