Someone starting a meal prep plan is already making a commitment: to a diet, a schedule or a budget. They do not want to puzzle over how your service works. The first screen should say what you cook, how many meals come in a week and which day it arrives. If that is clear, the sign-up is the easy part.
Plans first, menu second
We lead with the plans: how many meals, which options and how the weekly cycle works. Next comes the menu for the current week, shown as real text with a photo per dish. Visitors see what they would eat, and returning customers see what is new.
Dietary tracks, such as vegetarian, keto or gluten-free, get their own labels. We only list what you tell us, and we do not make nutrition or health claims for you.
Questions the page should answer
- ✓What is in a plan — number of meals and portion sizes
- ✓Which days orders close and deliveries arrive — stated as a weekly schedule
- ✓Where you deliver — zip codes or towns
- ✓How to pause or change — in one sentence
Subscriptions, one-time orders and pickup
Some services run weekly subscriptions, others sell by the week or by the box. The site links to the ordering or subscription tool you already use, and we do not replace it. If you do not have one, we can explain what to look for.
A short FAQ handles the questions that block sign-ups: freezing, reheating, allergies and what happens if a delivery is missed. The tool’s fees are the provider’s, and your kitchen planning is not synced with the site, so weekly menus are sent to us or updated by you.
What to prepare
- ✓Your plans and portion options — with the number of meals
- ✓This week’s menu and the next
- ✓Your delivery zones and days — with cutoff times
- ✓Your subscription or ordering link — from the tool you use
What to expect, honestly
- ✓We do not give nutrition advice — dietary labels are your own
- ✓We do not process subscriptions on our site — your tool does
- ✓We do not sync menus with your kitchen — updates are manual
