Friday at 6 p.m., a customer searches for pizza and opens three results. The one that shows a clear menu and a big order button wins, and the one that makes them zoom into a photo of a printed menu loses. Your site does not need to process orders itself to win that moment; it needs to get the customer to the right place fast.
Link to the ordering tool you already use
You may already take orders through a restaurant ordering provider, your own register system or a delivery app. We link to it, or embed it if it supports that, so the button on your site opens your real order page. We do not replace it with a different system.
One thing to know: your website and your register system are not automatically in sync. If you change a price or run out of an item in the register, the website’s menu page is updated by us or by you, separately. We set that up so changes are quick and you know who is responsible.
What the menu page needs
- ✓Sizes in one clear table — small, medium, large and what each feeds
- ✓Toppings and specialty pies — grouped, not one long paragraph
- ✓Sides, wings and drinks — so bigger orders see them
- ✓Dietary notes — gluten-free crust, vegan cheese, whatever you really offer
Pickup, delivery and the cutoff
State whether you offer pickup, delivery or both, the delivery radius in towns or miles and the usual cutoff before closing. Many lost orders are visitors who are not sure you reach them. A single line near the order button fixes it.
For game nights and holidays, we add a short banner that you or we can switch on when you expect a rush, such as "Order early on Sunday." Third-party ordering fees belong to that provider.
Gather these for us
- ✓A text copy of your menu — not a photo, so it can be read and searched
- ✓Your delivery area — towns, zip codes or a radius
- ✓Your ordering link — from the tool you use
- ✓Hours and holiday closures — including late-night kitchen hours
What to expect, honestly
- ✓Orders are not processed on our site — the button opens your own ordering tool
- ✓We cannot sync prices with your register — menu changes are updated separately
- ✓Provider fees are not ours — they are set by that provider
